Early Man Election Poster Project

Objective: To demonstrate an understanding of the skills, abilities, appearance and other attributes of early man by creating an early man election poster of one of the hominids we have studied.

Your Project: Create an election poster which demonstrates an understanding of the skill, abilities, appearance and other attributes of a prehistoric hominid.
The project must display the following:

1. A picture, or drawing of the hominid or something associated with the hominid.
2. The scientific name and written description of the hominid.
3. Information about your hominid's skills and abilities.
4. Election-style words and phrases.
5. Creativity
6. All writing is correctly spelled and punctuated.
7. Color on the poster. No pencil.


Procedure

1. Consult your textbook or other resources for information.
2. Determine the design of your poster.
3. Place all required information onto the poster.
4. Proofread.
5.Place your full name, date, and period on the back of the poster.

Your final project should be neat, creative, and pleasing to the eye. The writing should be accurate and free of errors. Do not use pencil!
